ANY SPACE | A Transformative Dinner Series by Timberlost x The Well Woman

ANY SPACE is a new dinner series brought to you by Floral based Art Director, Lauren Wilson (Timberlost) and chef Tonya Papanikolov (The Well Woman) whose plant based foods are known for their earthy, healing and sustainable qualities. Together they have joined forces to create a culinary experience that is paired with performances and installations for a truly awakening experience.

OUR OSTARA is the first of the series and is a celebration honouring the spring equinox and the five senses.

As we cleanse the past and welcome the bounty of spring, the evening will be filled with unexpected elemental interactions to expand your mind and palette. Join Lauren and Tonya as they transform SOUVENIR into an immersive sensory experience that will include:

Tonya's famous plant cheeses
Four course dinner
Food + plant installation
Sound cleanses

LAUREN WILSON | Timberlost

Raised in a garden, Lauren grew up with Mother Nature as her guide and endless source of inspiration. Motivated by plants and flowers, she continually aims to capture the wild and unruly quality of nature itself. Her designs are unstructured, but intentional, romantic and classic. She specializes in floral styling, weddings, corporate events and large scale plant projects.  She also co-owns the plant installation company, Wild Altar

Tonya is the founder of The Well Woman, a project that celebrates women and encourages education on holistic health. Trained as a plant-based chef locally and in California, her food has been described as feminine, earthy and healing. She aims to create food experiences that nourish and educate. Her plant-based cheeses recently made it on to the menu of Nota Bene and she is currently working with international partners to share her recipes and spiritual, supportive philosophies relating to wellbeing through food, thought and action.
